Returns and Refunds

1. Returns
a. You may return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

b. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [Contact Email] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept returns without an RA number.

c. Items must be in original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.

2. Refunds
a. We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving and inspecting your return.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for purchase.

c. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we make a shipping error.

3. Exchanges

a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to obtain an RA number.

b. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the exchange.

c. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will refund or provide an alternative solution.

4. Return Shipping

a. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error in shipping your order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at meetyo2020@163.com with as many details and photos as possible. We will immediately assist you in resolving the issue.
